Sales Agent

Salary: Base Salary of £28,000 plus Commission (OTE £40,000)

We are looking for a Sales Agent to help us grow our business.

It’s an exciting opportunity for someone with similar experience to represent award-winning produce to a mixture of ethnic Eastern-European and British Customers.

You will have to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person with top Customer service skills, a positive and collaborative outlook, being able to easily adapt and respond to the challenges and opportunities that each day brings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will share our enthusiasm for Baltic baking!

About Us
We are an award-winning artisan bakery, established in 2005, specialising in rye (‘juoda duona’) and brioche baking. Our roots are in the Baltics, where rye bread is a daily staple, and with over 150 years of combined baking experience we know rye like no other. Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation and we use only natural, high-quality ingredients. The result is bread that is not only healthy, but also incredibly delicious. In fact, we are proud to have been awarded more Great Taste Awards combined for our bread than any other bakery in the last 10 years.

Core responsibilities:
Driving our new business development:
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients
Onboarding new Clients
Maintaining our existing client relationships:
Monitoring sales and customer activity
Coming up with and executing strategies to grow our existing client accounts

About you
2-3 years’ of experience in sales
Motivated to drive positive customer relationships and acquire new customers.
A ‘can do’ attitude
A team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Drivers licence and access to a car

Our bakery is based in Barking, London, however the majority of time will be spent out visiting new and existing customers, therefore, it is essential that you have access to your own car and a full UK licence.
